A: 400 mg magnesium per serving, each serving is 4 tablets, so 100 mg of magnesium per tablet. I learned this by viewing the picture of the bottle label at the top of this page. You can do the same.

A: Some laxative effect, but not like non-chelated. Definitely not harsh like milk of magnesia, for example. Start with a lower dose (1-2 capsules). Great for avoiding muscle tension headaches.
