Easy to digest, without the backyard trots. If you have taken other forms of magnesium, you know exactly what I am speaking of.Cons:1. Expensive. Sadly Solgar products are never cheap. They are well worth the money if you have needs above and beyond just a simple supplement, but they are not budget friendly.2. The pills are not small. Another trait of Solgar is that the pills tend to be on the larger side. They are always easy to swallow (most often coated). These are no exception.
