These lightbulbs produce a pleasant amber glow and give an ‘old fashioned’ type of light which works well in our 15th century house. As it produces a low light (feels like less than the 60w stated due to the colour) it needs to be used as a Supplimentary source of light rather than the only one. Dims well, but as it’s low light on full strength this is unlikely to get used too much.

I absolutely love this bulb. I've just moved into an old barn and there is a huge lantern hanging down over the stairs. This bulb just finishes off the look nicely. Retro looking and get a nice warm glow from the light. Excellent product.

Well priced and well packed product. The glass is tinted, which wasn't mentioned on the product description when I bought it-the seller may have updated that by now, I don't know. These aren't for you if the bulb is to be your only source of light-not bright enough. But no worries for me, lovely light bulbs with a lovely warm glow in rooms which have other "normal" bright white light if that's what I want. Good seller too, had a couple of nice emails from them making sure I was happy with the purchase. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Very hard to find attractive light bulbs that give soft beautiful light, this is perfect and is dimmable! Coupled with the fact it was delivered less than 12 hours after I ordered it was brilliant.

Very disappointing and expensive considering that these bulbs started blowing after 8 weeks of regular use.

Don't do what I did...and think the bulb isn't at all like the one in the photograph!! Switch it on first and then see the magic appear. The effective is very attractive. I'll definitely order more.

Bulb blew as soon as the lamp was turned on. Was completely useless

Aucun soucis, bien emballé et vite expédiée, attention lumière un peu "tamisée", donc si c'est l'effet que vous souhaitez c'est OK. A voir la durée de vie dans le moyen terme, d'ou le 4/5 !

cette ampoule rétro, montée sur une ancienne lampe à gaz transformée en électrique, correspond totalement à mes attentes et fait sensation auprès de ceux qui la découvre, je recommande ce produit tant sur l'ancien que sur le moderne.

Pour mettre dans mon entrée car la luminosité de mon ampoule était trop blanche
