The best Telepresence robot to date! Wish I had purchased sooner.
It’s pricey but fantastic at what it does, quality looks much better while piloting from PC. I have been using Telepresence since the ER1 robot 15 years ago and I am very pleased to see a retail commercial version see the light of day, I had held off for two years before buying it for the company. I wish we had purchased sooner. Our trial testing has had good results as a training tool and build excitement in our workplace. So far everyone likes it.Video stream quality on mobile devices could use some improvement (too much compression) , however the quality piloting from a windows laptop or desktop is good quality. Piloting with the keyboard, joystick or touch screen all work very well. Audioquality is also very good in both directions.
