The product never worked as advertised. Brought if for my wife and it caused pain, leaving scratches and bruises on the spot we tested. Would not recommend for anyone to buy. Now I'm stuck with it and cannot with good heart give it to another.

It does not actually work to pluck any hair. I wish I could send it back but I am out of my window...this is super painful and does not work at all.

This.product is terrible. Would not stay running and then I could smell something burning. Apparently when I turned it off, it did not shut off. Took batteries out and threw it in the trash.

This product is great and it's quicker than traditional plucking. I've been recommending this product to several women I know with PCOS.
