I purchased this product to travel and now that I have it will also use it for shorter trips or when in the car and need a charge. It is good looking - not too heavy - and has a nice pouch with a draw string. The pouch could be deeper to totally enclose the product but on second thought it is "perfect" to allow to keep the charger in the pouch and still charge it from the visible ports.The best part is the Customer Support which came with the product. It was unbelievable. Enclosed with the product was a card with the email and phone number for the company and I got a call right away from the owner of the company when I posted a question. Did I already say "unbelievable". Also, whereas the charging cord may be considered short - it was nice in that you do not have too much cord to get tangled up in. This also fits well within the pouch. Why would anyone want to buy another product when this has all these positive features all bundled all in one pouch. I VERY HIGHLY recommend it-I love it.

Seems to be exactly as advertised. The LEDs give a good indication of the battery level. Nice clean design. I haven't actually used it to charge anything yet, so will update after a bit more use.UPDATE -- I charged it to a full charge, and used it to recharge my phone (partially empty) at least three times (an iPhone X). The blue LEDs work great as both indicators of how how full the charger is when recharging the TravelGo and how much charge it has left when charging a mobile device. Also, while charging my phone the LEDs stay on, but it seems once the iPhone was fully charged, the LEDs turn off. Thus providing a great visual cue the phone was charged. I think this is really a great item. I haven't charged my new wireless headphones with this yet, but will update this review again once I've done that. The USB port does output slightly lower power than the standard 5W charger that comes with the phone, so charging does take a bit longer, but you can also use the phone while charging.

Bought the charger 7 yrs ago and it still gets a couple charges on iPhone. Great backup for every now and then.

I purchased this for our vacation trip last year and it worked flawlessly. It charged my wife's phone and mine at the same time several times. Recharge time was a little long but not an issue. I liked the little carrying bag that came with it because I could stuffed a charging cord or 2 in with it. The only thing I did not like is that this company mixes reviews. I find that unprofessional and misleading. Some of the reviews are about a different style of charger all together. So keep an eye on that when looking through them.

I picked this charger because its 10400 mah and it says “TravelGO” printed on the device. I feel like most TSA agents will see that and assume its good to go on the airplane. From what I’ve read on travel blogs as long as it under 20,000 mah its good for airplanes. The weight is good the size is good. It fits in the purse end pockets that are on most purses these days. I charged it up when I received it and although I forgot to time it I believe it was around four hours for the device to have a full charge from the wall outlet. I plugged in my I phone 7 plus and it was on 25% battery and in an hour of charging from this device it was up to 65%. I think thst pretty good for an hour. I like that aslong as I have a USB charging cord for my phone or Kindle I can charge from this. I’m taking it to Mexico with me. :-)

Great charger for traveling! We were traveling in Europe spending long days taking pictures & enjoying sightseeing so quick easy charging was a necessity. The charger has two USB ports which allowed us to charge our iPhones quickly and at the same time. The LED indicator lights make it easy to see if your phone is fully charged and how much power left in the charger. The little cloth bag great for storage allowing easy access & visibility to USB ports. No problem with TSA.

Update! The owner of the company reached out to me after reading my review and is sending me a new charger! Awesome customer service! Garbage! First, one of the ports broke within a week. Then, in a month it just stopped working. Ugh.

Purchased this last August and worked great.. Than few weeks ago unit wouldn't charge any longer. Sent message to supplier and was emailed back very promptly. They sent me a new unit no questions asked, great customer service here. New unit arrived as promised and is charging perfectly. Would recommend to others .
