Most versatile audio speaker cables I bought out of a dozen different cables!!! These speaker cables are compatible with pin connector speakers & amplifiers and banana plug connector speakers & amplifiers. Hint: To use the pin connector, unscrew the banana connector, and then you'll see the pin connector.Update on 4/16/2018: I lowered by star rating because one of the speaker plug tips broke off when I unplugged the cable from my speaker and the pin connector got stuck inside the speaker. Although I was able to remove the pin connector with pinch-nose pliers, this cable was rendered useless. Maybe a method to reattach the banana connector is with a lead soldering iron, yet I don't have that and I don't think using lead for a speaker connector is a wise idea.Update on 5/14/2018: I raised my star rating a little after receiving a replacement connectors.

These "HannLinte Speaker Wires with Gold Plated Banana Plugs" seems to be well made. You get 2 of these 6.6ft/2m cables in the package; they are not super long, yet, they are heavy. Just by the weight, you can feel that there is a lot of copper in these 2 wires.They come with connectors, the typical standard "banana" plugs that most amplifiers and loudspeakers use. The connector is also a convertible one, you can unscrew the "banana" tip, and it will convert into a "pin" type connection; this will be suitable for lowered end amplifiers that has a "string clip" wire type connection at the back. The connection to the wires are done with 2 tiny set-screws, they seems to make a solid connection, and with 2 set-screws, it is better than the connectors that have only 1.For me, I used the "banana" plugs for both my DENON amplifier and B&W front speakers. Plug & play, these "HannLinte Speaker Wire/Plug" fits perfectly, and after a quick Denon Audyssey audio setup, the 2 front speakers are well balanced.Overall, good price for a solid pair of speaker cables with connectors. These wires are more of a convenience. I used to get reel of speaker wires, and the banana plugs separately. Then I would cut the wires to length and install them. I do get custom lengths that way, but it's work. This set is 6ft (just about) and works with my bedroom setup. It is faster to just plug in my speakers using these. Sound quality? I can't tell the difference. You don't need to spend $100 on speaker wires, seriously.The construction of the plugs are ok, but once plugged in, you are not going to mess with it anyway. Recommended.

The speaker cables and banana plugs are very high quality. I've sued speaker wire and banana plugs for many years for my various home theater setups because using banana plugs makes securely attaching everything to your receiver, wall plates, and speakers so much more secure and makes subsequent adjustments so much easier. However, doing the initial banana plug attachments to your speaker wire can be a bit time consuming and tedious. This product that comes already set up is extremely convenient. This type of product may not be practical for a setup where you're running speaker wire of various lengths to speakers around a room, but for applications like mine where you just need speaker wire to attach to the receiver on one end and the wall plate that is hooked up to all the in-wall built in speakers on the other, this is a great and convenient product. If you want a high quality product and are willing to pay a little extra for the convenience of not having to cut and strip speaker wires and attach two banana plugs at each end, this is the product for you!

These cables have a solid, quality look and feel, and the banana plugs work well. Note that the banana plugs arrived pretty loose. So be sure to hand tighten everything before you connect to your speakers and receiver. The sound quality and power delivery here is very good. I have no major issues and they work great with my equipment.

Connections seem to be good, I’m using them right now for the front towers connected to my receiver. Definitely easier than dealing with the bare wires!
