LeeWomen's Relaxed Fit Side Elastic Tapered Leg Jean

I need the partial elastic in the waist band (small waist, big hips) and LL Bean, in its wisdom, stopped making them. Found these via plain old search. Solid heavy weight jeans. They run quite big - I needed to order another pair a size smaller (from 14 to 12) and even those are a little big. Am tempted to try 10s and use these for gardening. They are a little blousy in the crotch and seat, but that makes them comfortable. I'm not interested in being high fashion - just comfortable, warm and protected from tree branches and the elements. Very good buy.

According to the sizing chart, my size was size 10 I ordered. But everything was too big, so I re-purchased it in size 8. This IS perfect. The fabric is firm, but lightweight and easy to wear, comfortable. I chose SHORT but they were about 2.5 inches long for me, but this is not a problem as they can be shortened. I thought they seemed to be made larger overall, which is my feeling. By the way, my size are 31 waist and 38 hips and . 5'3"tall, usually choose size L. Overall, I'm happy I could find this pair of jeans. [ Additional] Fabric is stretching so very comfortable..

I’m used to skinny jeans so the wide leg feels funny but they fit nicely and very good quality denim.

Do not buy these jeans unless you like being disappointed! Don't be like me. Believe the other reviewer(s) who said the legs above the knees are baggy. They're REALLY baggy. I always buy Lee relaxed fit jeans--always a 14 Long--which these were. I thought perhaps the bagginess was an optical illusion because the bottom of the legs are tapered. It's not an optical illusion. I compared the leg width to a pair of my other Lee jeans (which fit loosely) and these are several inches wider. When I asked my husband if they were as unflattering as I thought they were, he said, "They make you look dumpy. And you're not dumpy." They're going back. I couldn't even stand to keep them to wear around the house. The tags on the pair I ordered appeared to have had sticky labels (price labels) on them that had been pulled off, so they are probably retail store rejects. AND they had a very strong perfumed odor so I assume they were sprayed with something to make them smell better/cover an odor. Had I kept them, I'd probably have had to wash them 3 times (based on experience with thrift store finds) to get the unpleasant "pleasant" stench out. The only good feature about the jeans was that they do actually sit on the waistline. (The tag says mid rise. Somebody was really confused!) But I don't think I would like the look of the elastic on the sides of the waistband if I were going to tuck in a blouse as the elasticized section is pretty obvious. On the positive side, the shipping was fast. The quick shipping and the high rise waist raise my rating from a -2 to 0. Unfortunately they don't let you give 0 stars so I had to give it 1 star, which it does not deserve. (Note that I never write reviews. These jeans are so bad I had to.)

Got my usual 10S in Pepper Stone. Disappointed these fit so poorly, the waist was too high and uncomfortably tight, a size too small, though hips and length were good, as were fabric and color.One might size up for the waist, though I'm over the high-rise look myself.

I always thought I would never wear a pair of pants with elastic inserts. However, these jeans are now my very favorite. So comfortable. They fit well. They look great. They are now my very favorite. I will order them again. So glad I took the chance and ordered them to try.

I received the pants, tried them on, decided to keep them although the pants were just a little big. I washed and dried the pants. Two days later I wore the pants to work and within hours I could barely keep them on! The material stretched out so much I can't wear them again, just too baggy in the front and down the legs. I can't return so instead of losing $40 plus, I will pay someone to take them up if possible. I will not buy Lee jeans again!

These jeans fit wonderfully, high rise, I've been looking for a dark rinse for ages, slight taper to the leg, they dress up so nicely.

Me encanta el estilo de este pantalón, la mezclilla es de muy buena calidad, no es delgada. Compré talla 4, mido 1.63 peso, 56-57 kg , me quedan arriba de la cintura, un poco largos pero enrollados se ven fabulosos, probablemente una talla 2 me quedarían mejor, aún así me encantaron son muy cómodos.

the jeans are lovely. and have nice colour. they feel special.they are better than what is in the photo! I am buying it to use it for my art classes which gets a bit messy. the legs are loose in a very nice way. the only thing is that it was very tight around waist. I ordered size 14 thinking that it would be loose and nice on me but it just fit on me! I was one small line on not being able to pull the zip up! of course now I am on the mission of loosing some weight!!!! great buy anyway.

Me quedo solo un poco grande de la cintura pero es normal ya qué tengo más cadera y una cintura pequeña.Volveria a comprarlo la verdad muy buena calidad de la tela.Algo largo de las piernas pero todo bien.
