**Q: I'm sure I'm missing the obvious but how do you match up shoe sizes with sizes are with Small, Medium, Large, etc... that are in the size chart? Thnx**
A: Please go to the Allen Edmonds website and look at the shoe tree section. There will be a chart called Fitment that you can click on for the correct size shoe tree depending on the WIDTH and SIZE of the shoe. This has worked for me as I have ordered  several sets directly from them and they work perfectly. These trees are USA made and excellent quality!

**Q: is this for a pair of shoe trees or one single one?**
A: A pair. Two shoe trees for one pair of shoes.

**Q: I bought this shoe tree recently and when I opened the box, I realized some small crystalline particles on both of the them. What are those particles?**
A: Wood sap that has dried. It is normal. You could take some really fine sand paper and clean it up.

**Q: What size for a men shoe size 12 and a half?**
A: The X-Large should work. I wear a size 13 men's dress shoe and it fits perfectly for me.
