This flat iron is the truth! I'm a black girl with a curly/wavy texture of hair which also gets nappy at times these get my hair bone straight. My daughter's texture is super thick and spongy it works on her hair as well I'll definitely be buying another for her!

AMAZING!! I just ordered another one for my daughter! Only flaw, if your not careful you may catch a few of your baby hairs ... inhave curse curly hair and it worked better than my $200 straightner LOVE IT
