Has anyone used this canoeing or in any type of paddle sport? was it comfortable?

I use mine kayaking and SUP surfing (when the surf is big). It's perfect.

I’m 6’2 and weigh 215. What size should I get if I want it fitted?

For your height and weight, I would go with the XLarge if you want it to fit snug and mold to the shape of your body the more you ride. Go with the 2XL if you want it to fit a little more loosely.

I'm 5' 10" and 220. Will the XL be to tight?

Yes, I'm 6' and 190 and its tight.
