Not quite sure if it is a cork head. Its very light weight and feels like styrofoam underneath. But definitely usable and cute. Very fast shipping as well so i gave it 4 stars

Difficult to use for customizing
Fits my gex tripod like a glove . Now that I've ordered floral print I prefer solid manegin head. Good for styling not customization. The prints too busy.

Classy styrofoam head
beautiful. After making my wig I left it sitting around the house. My mom thought it was a decorative item for the house because it is so classy looking. It looks better than the naked styrofoam head,

Not Cork
Its definitely not a cork block head. Seems to be the regular Styrofoam head covered in canvas so its not as soft as a cork block head. However it works for what I need just wasn't what I was expecting that. Probably wont last as long as a cork head. Also, I bought a 23 inch head and it measures at 24 inches. Idk what thats about.
