The 1.5 rug was delivered with the bands across and not down, the border was not straight and was folded which has caused the rug not to lay flat.today the replacement has been delivered correct and rolled as should the original have been, we now wait for the original to be collected as the driver would not take back the return ,

had to send back and pay for return

Product perfect but i was charged more than I was expecting. VAT should be shown on price not an extra later.

The rug was lost in the post & Amazon sent me a replacement overnight! Very pleased with my purchase - nice pattern, very absorbent, and much cheaper than other well- known brand!

Good for getting the dirt from my 3 dogs, but disappointed in the colour representation, as it’s not as bright as expected.
