Know Your Copper Care...
Look gorgeous for like 24 hours until we used it to make eggs in the morning (which is all we use the pan for) and we followed all directions and food still mad sticks and now (little over a week) the pan is completely discolored to like a yellow with water spots. I tried the mini one because I didn’t want to invest in a pan I wasn’t familiar cooking with but copper pans are definitely not for me. This is probably more of just the type of pan issue than the company. Definitely understand how to care for these types of pans, because even trying to follow the instructions to a T, they’ll still ruin.
