Best Ever. Until They Weren’t.
These toothbrushes truly deserve all 5 stars.I hunted high and low for a truly biodegradable toothbrush and this is the only one I found The fact of the matter is that finding one with bristles of anything but nylon is hard. The more you learn about nylon the less you like it. Saying it's BPA free just doesn't make it safe. And who wants to strip the bristles out of their brush so it can be recycled? Now, these toothbrushes are my favourite ever. There's virtually no break in period. I use tooth powder and they're soft enough to work it into the gums and hold their shape well enough to get your teeth nice and clean. That said, I don't imagine they'd do well with paste.I'll update this when it's time to go to a new one in two or three months to report on how well it holds up over time. For now both my husband and myself look forward to brushing. That's a little miracle in itself! **Update: unlike other soft bristled toothbrushes I've used, these held up the full 3 months. In fact, it could have gone longer. I think my hunt for the ideal toothbrush is over. **Update 2: I stopped buying these before they became unavailable. Something went terribly wrong in the quality control department. The last two times I purchased them the bristles really left a lot to be desired. They were incrediby uncomfortable to use to the point I ended up throwing two away of the first and the whole box last time. They also increased the size of the head. So now you’ve got bristles, not soft ones, that are pretty much chewing up your whole mouth. Also, with anything made of any kind of wood it should at least be rubbed with something to smooth it down and take some of the wood taste away. It lasted way too long to be excusable.I’ve seen that these are no longer available. On the one hand it’s a shame. It started out a good product and one of the few that was 100% biodegradable. I’m also thinking they’ll probably show up under some other guise some day soon. Hopefully people will search out this product page and be warned. It really is a shame. They started off right.

Best bamboo toothbrushes I've found online
I've read reviews for a myriad of bamboo toothbrushes on Amazon and have purchased 3 different types. My biggest concern was whether they'd clean my teeth well enough. Finding a bamboo toothbrush with "soft" bristles that are equivalent to the "soft" designation of a regular brand toothbrush (e.g. Oral-B) proved difficult. In my research, it doesn't seem like the ADA has an official measurement for the pliability of "soft" or "medium" bristles. Fortunately, these Toothbrushes hit the mark perfectly: the bristles are on point with a regular ADA "soft" toothbrush. They seem stiff enough to clean but soft enough not to destroy my gums. I also have not had any problems with durability; no bristles have fallen out. When needed, I will be ordering again (if they're available again).

Love it, just slightly rough
I love the fact that this is completely biodigradable! The bamboo bristles hold up doing a great job. My only problem is the the rest of the brush ( the non bristle part) is slightly rough and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with splinter at some point. That being said I still will use it, haven't received a splinter and if I need to I will sand it down and , maybe, oil it up.

Too expensive for the quality.
It's ok. Cleans decent not good. Only 4 in a pack to expensive considering natural bamboo is actually cheap. Maybe if the seller prices it cheaper alot more people would buy it and then the planet will actually benefit from it, but are this point seems the seller cares more about money than the planet.

Less plastic in the landfill.
I love that I won't be adding more plastic to the landfill which, is why I ordered these to begin with. I'm very satisfied with this product, will order again. Would've given 5 stars except for the fact that occasionally a bristle will come off of the toothbrush while being used. Although, I've had it happen with regular toothbrushes before. Still happy with this product. No more expensive than regular toothbrushes, may even be less expensive than some.

The best toothbrush you could eevr use!
Oh, this brush is the best thing I ever used on mu teeth! It came in a pack of 4, so I shared the love with my boyfriend and my parents, thought it would be a good option to have a totally plastic-free alternative for a toothbrush. Haven't expected much of it, except I've read in reviews that it's very soft. It indeed id heavenly soft, I haven't scratched my sensitive gums at all and it brushes and cleans the teeth so much better than regular brushes! It actually takes all the stuff that you feel on the back of your teeth away and leaves them perfectly polished!

Sustainability factor is A+ but I'd like a slightly harder bristle
I love that these are sustainable and eco-friendly. That was my number 1 criteria. They also have activated charcoal which, along with the charcoal toothpaste I use, makes a difference in whiteness and gum health in my opinion and experience. I do wish they had a slight stiffer bristle. Otherwise, 5 stars if you like or need a soft brush. Enjoy!

I love this toothbrush
The magic is in the soft bristle. My teeth feel polished, my mouth is refreshed.I have bought and liked Wowee toothbrushes ( no complaints Wowee), then I found Truly Eco.I use clay based toothpaste, this brush just adds to the experience. One thing I noticed is, it air drys quickly, this a plus.Whatever it is with the charcoal, the bristle, it works for me, I know I will never buy a drugstore toothbrush again. I was so pleased with the Truly Eco toothbrush I gave one to my daughter. Sharing is caring. She loves it too. I will buy again.
