I will say that getting the battery in and recharging are somewhat of a hassle since it is a screw in hatch instead of a slide lock, but it runs pretty well on both carpet, tile, and wood surfaces in our home. My dog has mixed feelings about it though. I will say that it does produce more noise than I was expecting (lights and sounds), but it only lasts for 30 min of charge so not too annoying. One thing I wasn't too happy about is that one arm (wheel, or whatever you want to call it) has a little more torque than the other and won't allow the toy to go in a straight line when pushing forward making it difficult to navigate.In the end, I'm sure that if you purchase this for your kids, they will enjoy it for about a week and then get bored. As kids do. The good news is that it can fit in your palm when in its ball form and can be easily stored. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Battery suuuuuucks. *by A***N on April 30, 2021* It was super fun and cool.
