Great Calendar.

First order was lost, then they ran out of the item. Then they mailed to the recipient and the item I bought to replace this order was charged to my gift card when it should not have been. Don't know what to do to fix this problem. My chat with Amazon associate seemed to have resolved the problem but it did not. New item that I bought to replace the lost one is being charged to my gift card when it was not supposed to be.
