I purchased this product about a week ago and so far so good. I can feel it help me in the days I have a heavy workout. I feel it gives me a little extra energy to help me get through it. Directions say to take 3/day. I do 1 in the morning when I wake up (a little pick me up) and then another during my workout. The product works as promised and this item will be a repurchase for me. The Diet book I got with it was a plus. Specially on the road that I’m in (trying to be a healthier person)

These horse pills are way to big for consumption I took one at 10 am and the darn pill is still stuck in my throat can't pass any water or food. Vomiting everything I eat for the past 11 hours
