I was suffering from back pain and I got tired from those silly spring mattresses. So I decided to go for an expensive one. I knew someone using the same brand but a slightly different mattress to this one and I had a look of it which i liked. I orderd this mattress and it came in a roll shape which was easy to carry, open and setup.The mattress looks a good quality as it is and felt a good choice.After a little time it was ready to slept upon so I had a first good night of sleep and I felt a lot different to many other nights sleep.I starting liking it as I was finding it good for my back as well when one night this happened.I wake up the same way I slept and this keeps happening every night. So why is this. The mattress is soft, even they sent me a firm as they told me when I bought it. Which isn't the actual issue. Issue is it has a property of aligning itself to where you put more pressure. So all the night if you keep putting pressure, which you actually are bcz you're sleeping on it, it keeps going down and down. That makes you get atuck in it and the mattress is aligned with your back so, one that your body specially back is not getting any air circulation and second is that while you're sleeping it makes it difficult for you to keep changing sides. It might sound that it's good not to change sides but you actually need to move around in night as it may cause blood blockage to certain areas if you dont.The mattress is not bad but for me I dont like it for this and I have emailed them 3 days ago and will do again today as they didn't come back to me after replying they will check what they can do.

The item was delivered before it should have been. Very good service. I got a good deal and very happy with price. Prior to getting it, i did alot of research on local stores and Argos etc and nothing of this quality at this price. Upon receipt of the mattress, I stored it until i assembled the bed (which takes time as im a single mum) but today I opened roll which bed was in (it comes in a vacuum packed roll - be careful when opening package) I lay it out and let it breathe and then i tried it and WOW!! Felt a bit like Goldilocks!! Its better than mine. Clean white pretty patterned cover and altho i requested a firm mattress, its not rock hard. Its very pleasant to lay on and its for my little 2 yr old when shes a bit older as shes getting to the point of climbing out her cot. She tried it and sighed.. it was so nice. I def recmnd this to you. Looks lovely and feels great. What more can you ask for? Enjoy.

The standard size for a single bed is 90cm, this mattress is 93cm wide and didn't fit our bed at all, there was a 3cm overhang. It would probably by fine on a divan bed base but our is wooden and has sides, it simply did not fit.We sent the mattress back (which was a challenge because it comes vacuum packed) and the seller agreed to refund the mattress and the shipping costs in the end, but they did so begrudgingly and tried to argue that the problem was with our bed...We ordered a different (90cm) mattress which fits our bed perfectly.

A friend has the same, but single mattress, what he uses occasionally (a bed for visitors) that's the reason we decided to get this one.We purchased this mattress on the 10th of January, within couple of months it became saggy despite our combined weight is about 20 stones. We sent images clearly showing the issue, the sellers reply "Hi, Sorry to hear this i will sort it out on Monday Kind Regards Cloudseller." looked genuine at first, but since then we haven't heard about them. They simply ignore emails for 7 weeks now. It's a great shame; we've wasted £120 for something totally unusable and we just can’t do anything about it…

Already have one of these mattresses and purchased another for childrens bunk beds. Comes in two types ; firm or soft, of which we chose soft and it is very comfortable to sleep on, for both kids and adults alike.

Came before delevery date, once we rolled the mattress out it was just the right height for my sons mid sleeper. We got the soft mattress and it is very comfortable. Great for a childs bed.

Good mattress the best ever

Mattress is very good quality but only for English bed siz.our bed was 90cm 200cm.that is reason return the mattress.
