These pickle onions are just like one my dear Gran used absolutely delicious, very fresh, crisp and nice touch of warmth and kick from prickling spice.... have ordered from amzon normal only find them in tesco. They great as a smack or sliced up in sandwich i love them with matured vintage chedder tomatoes on sour dough or with cold cuts eps nice sliced in tuna mayonnais. The vinger is great on home made chips

These are the best pickled onions I have ever tasted anywhere over the last 10 years or more. The manufacturer has stopped making them as the supermarket sales volumes were not high enough and they were delisted. These need to be sold by shops that appreciate that in the quest for the best products people will pay more. I am glad I bagged the last two jars, but really sad that after these I probably wont be able to bring myself to eat another pickled onion again.

I think these are lovely, strong and spicy flavoured onions, the only things I think lets them down is that the first few onions out of the jars aren't as crunchy as the rest of them and for the fairly high cost they should surely all be at their best

These are some of the best pickled onions that money can buy. A little expensive but well worth it.

Nice and crunchy, a little heat for me may be more than a hint for non pepper eaters, nice flavour to it not just straight up pickle

Great taste but maybe a bit strong for some people who like more delicate tasting pickles sharp and spicy
