It does what I need it to do. I don't shoot 4k because it literally kills the battery and takes up a lot of memory. Honestly my iPhone takes better video/sound but my phone has its purpose and this gopro has its own purpose. I only wish the battery would last longer....I shoot 1080p and the battery is dead so fast lol.Unless you're going to capture in 4k I wouldn't recommend this. I'd get an older version GoPro that shoots 1080p. My friends hero3 does just as good. We only compared to pov racing, drag racing, go karting, pretty dang similar. The product was prime so if anything was less than I expected I could return it! Once I opened the product everything that was pictured came with it and everything was authentic with GoPro logo . I charged the batteries and put the SD card in powered on GoPro updated it via iPhone and took pictures and videos then uploaded them to my iPhone everything works fine todate .
