This doesn't quite work as a camera bag, unfortunately. It's just fine as a backpack, but awkward when you put the camera-holding insert. The problems are that the lining for the top-half of the storage tends to come down in front of the camera section, so when you go to get your camera out there's loads of lining in front of it. Also as the camera section is vertical I found that camera equipment wants to fall out because the zippy flap isn't attached to the camera holding insert - it floats loosely above it. And the flap doesn't really open far enough for when you want to get your camera out.The straps tend to slip a wee bit too, so you're always adjusting them back again. There's not much protected storage for accessories like filters - you could put them in the outside pockets but they'd probably get bashed about somewhat, which isn't ideal.On the plus side, it's quite a nice-looking bag. It doesn't look like the sort of thing you'd be keeping expensive equipment in, so you feel a bit more confident that no-one's going to mug you for it. And it's quite cheap too.

Really like this bag, casual, doesn't scream out expensive gear inside & has a nice large top compartment for anything else you may want to stow, even connects through so you can slide in a small laptop. My 11" HP fits great in a padded sleeve and I think could easily take a 13".Access to the camera compartment is well thought out and the padded insert gives good protection and has dividers provided to section it off nicely to suit your gear, good for a days casual street photography and more. Layout wise I like it better than my Crumpler 50/50 laptop/camera bag, access to the photo compartment is nice and easy and I love that it is completely concealed when you have both straps on your shoulders. Additionally the protective camera insert can easily be removed so you have a nice, but larger bag, for what ever you want to use it for, and it has a water proof cover stowed in a compartment at the bottom. I'm looking forward to using it on my next travel/holiday and really putting it through its paces. Just what I was looking for, and price wise it offers fantastic value for money. Seller wise the service was prompt and arrived in just a few days from HK, I was amazed how quick and very pleased. The seller, who I have been in touch with, seems rightly very proud of his product and keen to know what each buyer thinks of the product.

It's a great item, with enough protection without looking like a camera bag, which is what I wanted. It'll hold other items on a day trip so meets my needs perfectly.
