The powder is made from selected cocoa beans that are merely peeled, cold pressed and powdered. It contains about 300 different valuable ingredients. Thanks to its unique mineral content, raw cocoa is "the" superfood of the future and a food with a particularly high magnesium content. In addition, cocoa contains natural antioxidants and a high number of phytochemicals such as the polyphenols catechin and epicatechin. The most important additional ingredients are: anandamide, arginine, dopamine, epicatechin (antioxidants), histamine, magnesium, iron, serotonin, tryptophan, phenylethylamine (PEA), polyphenols (antioxidants), tyramine and salsolinol, and flavonoids.
