I had been using a different product that I had for awhile and couldn't find it anymore, so I was looking for a replacement. The Cardinal high shine worked well to tame the fullness and add control to my hair.

Very pleasant smell and, unlike most "high hold and shine" pomades, doesn't leave you looking like you are wearing a helmet on your head. Leaves hair soft looking but with enough gloss to give it a natural shine - not that plastic look you get from most "high shine" pomades.

Chick here with extremely short hair. Scent is STRONG and very masculine. It’s very greasy. It holds ok, but my head feels like an oil slick and I stink.

I tried this product for the first time. It works. The pomade does indeed result in more shine to my hair. You might consider using a sparing amount as just a little product provides body. One jar will last quite a long time.

This product is fantastic! It gives just the right amount of definition to my wavy hair without weighing it down. It also gives my hair a healthy shine and makes it smell amazing!
