It takes a bit of getting used to and figuring out what setting(s) work and/or feel the best, so far I like medium on both the Air and the Massage modes with mid intensity (green), no heat.For my plantar faciitis, the Air compression alone on level 3 (air blinking blue and red), with the calf wraps, works the best so far at mid (green) intensity.For sore soles, the Massage level 1 (blue light) at high (red) intensity takes the stiffness right out of my feet, I might try it with heat next time.So far so good! I've only had it a day but my feet feel less stiff/sore already after experimenting with the settings. I just have to remember over-use can not only affect the machine (burn it out), but just like a professional massage it can also overstimulate the nerves and muscles, to let them rest, too.Only suggestion I have is it could use a collapsible carry handle. It's so light and "portable" that a carry handle would make it easier to take from one room to another - I say collapsible as it JUST fits under my chair to tuck out of the way as it is ;-)Will update in a few weeks if it's still giving me Happy Feet :)After one week: unit still working great. My feet haven't felt this good in ages, it definitely encourages blood circulation to aid in healing foot ailments, I use it with the calf wraps and heat during the first 15 minutes, then just the foot unit on its own for 15 minutes no heat. Ahh.

Love the way this product makes my feet feel. I would have given it 5 stars but it is a little hard to get my feet into at first. I have a size 13 women shoe. The leg wrap pads that inflate and deflate are ok. Would be nice if they had some sort of massage feel to them other than just contract and release. It does hit all the pressure points on the bottom of my foot and squeezes the top of my foot well. All in all not a bad. Good for those who are in their feet all day long.

I do not like my feet being touched at all although I know I need that shiatsu foot massage to keepmy feet and Plantars free from pain. I bought this and put on thick fuzzy socks and dove in.It really is amazing, it cycles back and forth between rolling and pressure and firm, I like that if yourfeet are sensitive or becomes too much simply press stop and it releases your feet immediately.I wear the Addiction 14 running shoes with a thick foam sole from Target, the white ones for 2 - 3 buckswhich has alleviated most of the pain and using this allows me to get back to walking.Thank you!

The heating option doesn’t work so the massage is good but could be better with the heater

I just got this massager, and I absolutely love it. I'm an avid walker, and I wear heels often. This massager relieves my aching feet. A word of caution, it is NOT for those with tender feet. If you cannot tolerate DEEP tissue massage, DO NOT purchase this massager. It is intense. For me, the pressure is great, but then I LOVE deep tissue massages.If your feet throb at night, this is the massager for you. You WILL NOT regret this purchase.

I received a different foot massager last year(2017) for Mother's Day. I loved it, but it stopped working a week before Mother's Day 2018. I cannot get by without one, so my husband told me to order another one. I saw this one and decided to try it out... I thought I liked the old one, but this one is so much better. I will never be able to go with out it. It is amazing.

I love this product I work in retail so often my feet hurt. This is amazing my Nieghbor had one and it massages every part of the foot even the back of the heal and the tips of the toes.Also the call of the leg. Must have for athletes nurses anyone who wants a wonder best foot massage at home in 15 minuets.

I think this is going to help my poor feet for my 14 hour shifts on the phone. They have been getting super bloated from lack of circulation.
