Cute little water bottle and just the right size for my Chihuahua. Fits nicely into my dog walking bumbag. Only thing to note is that when offering water to your dog from this container you will want to make sure you're holding it over an area that you don't mind water pooling onto as it does start to drip as soon as you tip it upside down, and more water is allowed to escape when your dog licks at it. I marked a star down for that reason although I'm not sure if it's even fixable within the product as it makes sense that water can freely flow from it. It'd just be a bit messy to offer it to your dog if you'd stopped off inside a pub for example- whereas an actual water bowl wouldn't give that problem. That being said I have seen another reviewer on here remove the top section of the bottle and use that as a bowl so I guess it can be worked around.All in all I'm glad I purchased.

Perfect for the heat wave. Our dog loves drinking from the garden tap and hates drinking from a water bowl when we take her for walks even if it's really clear she wants water. This stays cold and she happily will come over to drink from it.

Had been using a plastic bottle with elastic hair fastening onto a split ring to attach to belt by an old dog clip.Although the actual bottle is nice, & my dog drank from it straight away, the clip is very flimsy, & the rings around neck of bottle are plastic. For the price paid, I would think a metal bottom ring, & more substantial clip should be supplied, & keep the plastic attachments for the screw on lid, as the bottle swings about on a piece of cord to allow top to open, so I doubt it will last long. I will attach a split ring to the plastic ring to stop the swinging, & hope it doesn't snap.The bottle also holds a little water about the ball, & more water is wasted, than with an ordinary push / flip top plastic bottle...BUT very good wide neck, so you could add ice cubes if needed.

This is ideal when out and about with your pup. It leaks a little when they're taking water but the leak is minimal and to be fair, I'd have been surprised if it didn't. My dog prefers to drink from a bottle instead of a bowl when we're out and about, so he took to it straight away.
