Fantastic Value
Great price/value for a 100ah battery, plus includes free charger! Switch controlled USB ports on the side are a fabulous feature. Battery came well packed to prevent damage during shipping. Also nice, an actual 24 page instruction manual in English!

Good so far
Appears to be working ok. Took a charge at C.1 for about 2 hours. Operated for about 12 hours in a backup power unit. Charge indicator light stays red even with full charge. Haven't yet been able to contact the manufacturer. They don't make it easy.

Great customer service
Originally ordered the more expensive 36v battery kit with charger and monitor. But shipping error sent the more simple version. But it turned out that one fit better, and was much cheaper. Rather than requiring me to ship it back the seller just refunded the difference. Good resolution. Installed battery and it works as advertised. Came charged, good construction, and charges fast. Good buy.

Bad Battery
This battery is junk. Took out of box and tested it was dead. Won’t charge, and the company won't let you return it so the warranty is no good. Wasted a lot of money. Says it has a 10-year warranty. The company does not honestly have a company goal, collaboration, or professional relations with customers. My brother-in-law had the same issue. Don't buy.

Unsatisfied purchase 12v 100ah D-K12100A352
The included charger quit functioning after 3 charging cycles. {The main reasons I purchased this battery)I found their customer service department to be difficult to deal with. I ended up having to purchase a charger, I went with a 10amp multi use charger that does LifePo4 and 12 volt vehicle lead acid, gel, repair. Why would I buy another charger from them since original charger was junk. The built in 2 port USB A charging station no longer functions. (One of the main reasons for purchasing)Overall I am unsatisfied with this purchase and have little faith in the quality of this battery and the company.

Perfect Wheelchair Battery with Modifications
One of the best batteries I've ever bought. Hands down made my wife's wheelchair actually usable unlike the batteries that came with the chair.
