After using this product to track my cycle, I have to say I'm pretty impressed. I'm really pleased with how easy it is to get a BBT with this device. I have varying sleep/wake times so not having to wake up at a set time every morning is a huge plus.The app is fairly easy to use, but I usually also copy over my temperatures into another app to track other symptoms and information.I personally don't use the Hitop that comes with the device, simply because I hate wearing anything constricting to bed. If you normally wear a bra to bed you won't be bothered by wearing the top. I use a small piece of medical tape to hold the device in place under my left arm and that so far has worked great for me. The device itself is very thin and about the size of a quarter. I can't feel it when I'm wearing it.The battery life on this device is amazing and I have only had to charge it when I initially received it and one other time. I think the charge has lasted 14 or so days now at the max.I do have a major gripe with this device- you have to use it between the hours of 8pm and 8am, or it won't get a temperature reading for you. I wish I would have known that before I ordered, because I frequently work night shifts. I get home after 8 am and go to sleep during the day, and the device will not record a BBT for you at all when you are a day sleeper. This was frustrating to find out after ordering and I probably would have ordered a different monitor type device had I known beforehand.Overall, this is a great device for people who are always up during the day, but may not wake up at the same time. I don't recommend this device if you work the night shift because it will not give day sleepers a BBT when you wake.

Very disappointed.I was looking for an easier way to track my BBT, as I work overnights and have a very inconsistent sleep pattern. I got my Himama on Monday evening on my way to work. I charged it until the little green light was on and made sure it would sync to my phone.When I got home from work the next morning, I put it on before bed. After sleeping for about 7 hours, I woke up and attempted to sync my Himama to the ap. The little bar runs across the top of the ap telling you it’s syncing, but once the sync was complete, no data had transferred, I figured I did something wrong.Attempt number two was the same results. When I got home from work this morning, I took the Himama monitor from its little box, placed it on the holder on the Hitop and put it on. The monitor rests snugly in my atmpit. It picks up my real time body temp. I slept for 6 hours and attempted to sync the monitor again with no luck. It again says “syncing”, but no data transfers.I’ve tried turning my phone off and back on. I’ve tried taking the himama off and putting it back on. Nothing seems to work. My Bluetooth is clearly enabled as it picks up my real time body temperature.

This was an awful purchase. The first one would not even work. Then the replacement one you could not connect to the app. Extremely disappointed! This should be taken off Amazon. This product deserves no stars.

DO NOT BUY!!! This company has shut down. I used this device to get pregnant with my daughter. Now that I am trying to use it again the app won't work. They are still selling this product at a discounted rate and it does not work.

I have been using the Himama monitor for about 30 days now. I am using it to help me avoid pregnancy, naturally.Pros:1. I believe it is accurately taking my temperature. Unlike an oral BBT thermometer, I can wake up at radically different times, go to the bathroom during the night, and deal with the various disruptions to sleep that come with having a toddler, all without worrying that my temp reading will be thrown off.2. Despite some of the negative reviews I read before purchasing, I have had little to no trouble getting it to charge and getting the app to sync with the devise. When I first got it, I struggled for a bit to get it properly hooked up in order to charge. But once I figured it out, it has consistently worked. The app has always synced right away. And I love that it holds its charge for almost 20 days.3. Again in contrast to some reviews which suggested that the customer service was bad, I found them quite responsive to my emails.4. The price is really good compared to other monitors.5. The “hightop” that the monitor fits inside is good for a couple of reasons: The monitor itself is tiny. I could lose it if it wasn’t securely in the “hightop” all the time. Also the “hightop” helps me remember to use the monitor because I see it sitting on my dresser at night, and also because I remember the physical sensation of wearing it and notice something is missing when I do forget it.6. I like that the Himama monitor doesn’t inundate me with information about my health. I can see my temp and the quality of my sleep. That’s all I want to know.7. I am still breastfeeding and perhaps because of this my temperature shift after ovulation was very gradual. Despite the irregularities of my temperatures, I believe they were accurate enough to clearly decipher what was going on.Cons:1. The app does need some work in terms of its assessment of data. One review I saw suggested putting temps into the fertility friend app. I have done that, and it has done a much better job identifying when I ovulated, where my cover-line is etc.2. I don’t love the feel of the “hightop.” I never wear a bra to bed, so I have had to get used to having something constrictive on at night.3. The monitor’s sleep assessment is not always spot on. I’m not sure why that is. When I contacted customer service I was told that the longer I wore it the better it would get. I am curious to see if it does improve.

The app doesn’t work. Can’t even register. Can’t use the device with any other app so it’s just an expensive price of trash. No website. Guess the company doesn’t really exist. Can’t believe Amazon is even selling something from a non-existing company. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
