Was using aquasilk then thought I try this for 4 gallons of this stuff cheaper then aqua silk
Used it for a client in a pool but still have not got results back on the issue she was having with chlorine pool to cold to swim but she be in it this summer coming up

I ordered the wrong thing!
I'm sure this product is good stuff, but I was wanting the step 2 instead of step 3, I needed the Oxidizer, and didn't notice till I put it in pool, way too much and had to drain pool half way and add some exchange just to get it out...bed deal, I need to pay more attention when ordering!

Received only half of the order
I sent a message to Pool Stuff Express, and received one message back, yet no mention of how they plan to rectify this order. Bacquacil CDX is pricey, and needed to bring the chlorine level down in my pool NOW! Disappointed that Pool Stuff took this so casually.
