With the recent surge in oak prices, affordability has become a challenge.For instance, the cost of wood alone for covering a 16 foot wall with individual oak strips would have amounted to $5000. This estimate doesn't even include the additional time and resources required for nailing, cutting, sealing, and sanding the strips, which would typically take about a week.Discovering Roomtec Wood Wall Panels revolutionized my approach. It took a bit of trimming the felt to get the pieces to all fit together consistently, but the final product is worth it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An important Heads up! *by on Reviewed in the United States 8 February 2024* I ordered this product recently and ended up having to return it.I did not return it because the product was inferior, no, it is a great product. The reason that I returned it was simply that the color of the panels that I received did not match the samples that I ordered from the Amazon website for this product.I ordered the samples hoping to avoid it being necessary for me to have to return the items. Well, that wasn’t the case.The samples that I received appear to be a Veneer and in spite of that I had hoped that they would be representative of the panels that I would receive which are in fact 100% Walnut.The Veneer did not stain the same as the 100% Walnut and so the color and sheen were simply not the same and was a little uneven on the actual panels.
