Does exactly as stated in the product description.
When activated these are very bright but they do not last as long as some of the others out there. They are very bright for about half and hour and then useable for another 3 hours. This is exactly as they claim on the tin which I should have read more carefully. 4 stars as they're ok but I don't love them

Gosh these are bright!
Definitely does what it promises. Used it for a night swim and it could be seen very clearly from quite a distance!
