They are shaped as stick, in various sizes and weights with a beeswax coating that amounts 33% of its overall weight. Usage tips: To easily remove the protective wax, leave the Bottarga stick outside the refrigerator, for at least one hour before you cut it. Cut a big piece of Avgotaraho. Remove wax. Slice thinly. Keep the remaining waxed Avgotaraho in the drawer of the refrigerator, covering the exposed part with cling film and consume within 30 days.
