Fits large, I'm a slightly larger frame and use the smallest setting on the band. It's also somewhat difficult to put on by yourself, but easier as you do it more than once. Black paint on buckle chips off very easily, but I don't find that to be a big deal. Works well for what I wanted.

Decent bracelet. I’ve got a 7.5 wrist and it fits on the very last hole. However in less than 5 minutes of wearing the black has already started chipping off.

Pros :Good value at only $10. Color is OD green and looks really good. Quality of the paracord is well made.Cons:Horrible design of claspe. Almost impossible to put on by yourself with one hand. Bracelet slides off and finding the hole for the pin screw is aggravating. Not a good design at all for the claspe.

The Paracord part is great. The buckle, after a few weeks, has no more black (it all peeled off). The buckle also worries me if the bracelet gets stuck as it can't quickly release.
