If I could give this negative stars I would. Don't waste your money. It's made of foam, the handles and feet. The middle belt is a cheap piece of stretchy rubber just folded between them. There's absolutely no resistance at all. My 2 and 4yr old can easily use this. I received it today and I'm returning it. What a waste of time and money. Should've known for the price, you love you learn.
