Hawaiian Kettle Style Potato Chips, Sweet Maui Onion, 16 Ounce

I bought my 1st bag of Sweet Maui Onion a couple weeks ago and have already ordered another bag. These are really good chips, and to me they have a lot of flavor similarity to an old favorite of mine: Wise Onion and Garlic chips. If there is one thing I noticed, it is they definitely do not skimp on the flavoring. As I got to the bottom of the bag, the amount of coating / flavor was almost too much (in a good way). I highly recommend these chips - they are a real good deal and an especially good deal at under 5 bucks for a 1 lb bag.

Really good....Not sure why people hated it but I like Funyuns but now its a thick chip.....Wish they were a bit cheaper so I can buy more later but they are pretty pricy....This is great with a Red wine Zinfandel and mixed Buffalo, 90/10 beef, and pork burger on olive oiled toasted ciabatta bun with pickled tomatoes, gouda, sharp cheddar, with a Fried egg and guacamole...This adds to the flavor profile perfectly if you don't over season your foods....This is a meal you should try with these chips....NICE just very pricy and a wine drinking kind of meal for the cost.

It was delicious and different. I had this kind if chips while I was in Kentucky where a local deli cafe sells them. When I moved back to southern east coast it was hard to find them. I looked through Amazon and found the company who sold their chips in Kentucky. I ordered one and...bad batch. It gave a bad odor(burnt oil), chips were overcooked(just from own opion), and...Well, I a few months later I tried again and FOUND THIS COMPANY. This company made me love this type of chips again and will plan to order another one.

The chip itself is very crunchy, like it's thick, not as thin as most potato chips. It tastes like honey chips! Not as oniony as you'd imagine, not very strong either, so it's enjoyable to eat a bunch. Also the bad is huge. There's plenty in it for multiple people.

I gotta say, they are a beautfuly flavored chip.. ive allways liked those hawian sweet rolls you can buy so i saw these and just had to try them.. The flavor is amazing. The downside, at least for me, if you have bad teeth, like i do.. these chips are extreamly crunchy and hard to eat.. i love the flavor but for me there hard eating.

I could never quite tell if I truly liked these or not. It has great flavor but I cant eat too much at one sitting. It truly tastes oniony and you have to be really in love with the strong oniony flavor to enjoy a lot of these at once. I still really enjoyed these and they will be a go to if I ever get tired of the same chips available in my area.

Had these chips in the past and id say they were better then. Great flavor flavor is 5 star indeed but most of my order came as popped bags and or opened by other means. Very thick/hard crunchy chips. Idk if they just switched to making them thicker and harder or if the bags I had that weren't opened were maybe stale or old. Otherwise good chips.

ABSOLUTELY addicting. I had to hide the bag from myself and portion it out for myself or else I would eat the whole bag in one sitting. Doesn't taste overly salty at all. Just savory sweet-onion flavor in a crisp. Each chip is completely dusted and covered in the flavoring. A little pricey at around 5$ maybe? Or maybe I am cheap.But Amazing, would buy again.
