HORIZON TONER Compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for CF500 X,High Yield 4 Pack

I am very disappointed with the quality of the cartridge I have used. I installed the black cartridge about 5 weeks after I received my order and the quality is very inferior to a genuine HP cartridge. I have emailed the vendor to see if they will exchange the cartridge and hope to have better results. Vendor emailed me back after seeing the previous review and said they issue a 30-day warranty. I always order a cartridge when I use the last cartridge on hand and certainly do not use a cartridge per month. That's a ridiculous warranty period.

I have used this product for await and I have never gotten good prints. Black and white fine. Color prints and background always streak. I can not recommend buying this tone.

Do not buy. At first black ink was too light. Then now the cyan Ink is smearing and leaving blue smears all over the page. I have tried to deal with the seller who maintains he only warrants for one month. Well, who buys ink after you run out? I bought it to keep in stock to use when toner runs out.

This is my first set of replacement cartridges after the oem "starter" cartridges. Almost immediately they were leaving stripes. Not even close to acceptable printing. I have always purchased aftermarket toner in my other printers. I will have to rethink that for sure.
