Give it a try. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars NOT a Kitchen Design Package *by S***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 27 February 2014* I am reasonably IT literate and can usually find my ways round a software program, even if I eventually need to refer to the manual. However, with his software I have given up trying to understand how to drive it. It is NOT a kitchen design package but an architect's design tool aimed at designing a complete house. I am sure that if one knew how to use it, it would be very powerful. But even after wading through the 200+ page manual I am none the wiser. There are no tutorials and whilst the manual is comprehensive it is also unfathomable. Personally, I have concluded that I would have to do at least a 3-day course and possibly longer before attempting even the most basic kitchen design. Unless you have done this course or are prepared to invest several weeks teaching yourself from the manual, my advice is to look elsewhere. IKEA have an online design tool, which is very simple to use. It's basic and aimed at building a kitchen from their own products, but it takes minutes to produce designs which at least give you a feel fro what might fit where in the kitchen. It also provides both 2D and 3D views.
