Review: I used these to lift a 5.7 Hemi from a 2013 Ram 1500. I used only 2x brackets, bolted them onto the cylinder heads using 1" Grade 10 bolts to allow them to swivel a bit. I easily clipped the carabiners onto the brackets and was able to fasten a 3 ft span of chain between them. The angle of the brackets, combined with the easy to use carabiners, allowed me to pull the engine and manipulate it onto a dolly without having to remove the intake manifold or any other commonly removed accessories. Once I had the engine lifted by the hoist. When I reinstalled the motor, I tightened the brackets to make sure they would be ready to go in the future. Absolutely love them!
