Love the space wolves, the feral aspect, culture and that they are based on Vikings for me make them one of the most interesting chapters

This is the best piece of 40k fiction I have read. Ragnar is a compelling character and the depth of the packs bonds are written beautifully. A real insight into what it is to be a Son of Russ.

So glad this book has finally arrived. I started reading it a while ago and then had to give the book away. I am glad to be back, although normally a world that has no hope is not my usual reading haunts, but hey, this is about space wolves and that should say it all.

Great story

I always enjoy reading space wolves novels and this book gave me an insight into on eof the Wolves I'm interested in the most.

Have just started Book 3 grey hunter, great omnibus, space wolves are up there as my favourite legion.Loved the trials in the first book, the camraderie of the blood claws, the unique senses the wolves have over other legions.Cracking read so far!
