Breaks after 3rd day, customer service tried a ransom?
The item arrived in good time, it worked one time! I was pleased with it, then the next time it wouldnt work. I tried different hdmi cables but nothing worked. Then i unplugged the hdmi cable from the box and at the same time, the box came appart and the cable. Wow 10 times unplugging and plugging in and it broke!(Update)Their customer service was very nice, they have already emailed me 2 times trying to resolve the problem. I give it another star for customer service, but I will be getting a refund instead of the product.(Update April 17, 2018)There customer service was good, they reply to your messages but dont follow through. The email (not posted), said refund AND replacement were my options. I replied and said that would be awesome ill try your product again. The following emails all replied with refund OR replacement. So i told them you already offered me the other option, ill take a refund and then adjust my review (up or down i didnt specify). Now my refund is being held as a ransom until i give them a better review. Well i adjusted my review, cant wait to get my refund.

The cords that came with this were great quality and work very well. I have some issues with the adapter holding the connection but when connected to the devices it works perfectly.

Versatile and works great!
Great adapter! I like how sleep it is and so far has functioned without any problem. Came with plenty of extras cables as well. Only thing I would like to see if that it also include vga capabilities for hooking into older projectors that do not have HDMI input.

Power pass though works!
Works perfectly out of the box on my Dell Inspiron 13 7000. Power pass through with the Dell USB C power supply is great. Verbatim wireless keyboard/mouse combo works without any interference. Driving one HDMI monitor at 1920X1080 and another off the built-in HDMI port.

Computer doesn’t read
My computer (MacBook Air) doesn’t read anything plugged in through this adapter. I have to unplug and then plug in again and sometimes it works.
