Professional grade equipment gives great results
The previous reviewer does not accurately reflect this product. This is a professional grade sprayball and as such it needs 60+psi of liquid pressure in order to operate effectively. I am using this to clean out 110 gallon conical fermenters. My water pressure is at 75psi, the ball spins just fine with this pressure using hot water from my tankless heater, and it also spins just fine using a Chugger MAX pump, which I use to circulate caustic and acid CIP cleaners. You will not get good performance from something like this with one of those little entry level chugger pumps, especially with 20+ft of narrow bore hose after it, and most homes have the water pressure throttled down to around 30psi by the regulator which is also not sufficient. When used correctly, this little sprayball has been very effective in removing krausen rings left behind by 3bbls of fermenting DIPA which is no mean feat. If it broke I'd buy another one, but given that its welded where most items have threads I don't see it breaking any time soon.

More like a bubbler than a spray ball.
The media could not be loaded. This certainly doesn't do the job it was bought for. It's supposed to spray the inside of my conical fermenter with some pressure in order to clean it in place (C.I.P.). But water at city pressure (Denver, CO) barely bubbles out. Even with my Chugger pump, it kinda just gushes. It does not spray. It barely rotates. And it certainly won't get the walls of my 12 gallon fermenter wet.I returned it as defective (I had to pay return shipping). What I heard back from Glacier Tanks is that no, it's not defective and no, they won't refund my money. They called it "used" even though the only thing ever to run through it was water and PBW cleaner. What a shock to work with such a rigid and unhelpful company after so many pleasant transactions at amazon and other modern outfits. Whatever the opposite of "customer-centric" is, that's what I'd call Glacier Tanks.Check out the video that shows how poorly this thing performs with normal homebrewing equipment.
