I bought these for use with my UUNI/OONI pizza oven which has a narrow opening. These stainless peels are much better than the aluminum ones sold with the oven. They are also easier to use than with a traditional peel with a long handle. My only complaint is that I bought two, but one came with a loose rivet so it flexes a bit; a slight hit on quality. The rubber handle is nice for heat dissipation and being able to throw in the dishwasher is great!

Nice, large surface area is very handy for getting pizzas in/out of oven. Will also use it to transfer cheesecake from springform pan to decorative platter. It does “give” a little when used with weightier foods, so, I just support the edge opposite the handle with my other hand to keep food from sliding off.

This is a useful pizza tool. We had a toaster oven we used to cook our pizza and it was always scary to get the pizza out before I got this tool. Now I don't worry about dropping the pizza or burning myself trying to get the pizza out of the toaster oven.

I needed a ten-inch peel for this hot, summer weather when I use a small "summer kitchen" to make pizzas to keep heat out of the house. I bake them in a little roaster oven that needs a ten-inch peel to lift pizzas off the pizza stone. The negative on this peel is that it bends substantially when I lift my pretty heavy homemade pizzas, creating a danger of the pizza falling.

There are cheaper ones that I almost purchased and then I decided on this one and I am so glad I did. Very well made, perfect size for our homemade 8-9” pizzas. The stainless steel is solid and handle strong. Glad I spent a few more dollars. This will last a long time.

Very helpful for flipping cake layers from baking pans to cooling racks. I also use it for lifting other delicate items. It’s large enough to hold an entire cake.

Purchased to use in baking. It helps immensely when I want to slice a cake layer in two...and then move the top layer away without worrying about it cracking or breaking. Awesome for the home baker!

Works really well with a small pizza, easy to use and very well made. Can't wait to use it also when baking cakes.

Great item to use for pizzas. Nice strong handle and also a nice strong base that won’t flex with the weight of a pizza on it.Highly recommend.
