The GO Pill Mind and Body Lifestyle Enhancer for Energy, Endurance, and Focus (One Month Supply (Bottle))

I had read some random article where someone had listed this product as a highly recommended pre-workout pill. At the time, I was using C4, which I thought was great, but it would constantly give me the tingles which other reviewers of C4 would say is normal. Although, it may be normal, I did not like the feeling of tweaking. Obviously the price point between the Go Pill and C4 is significant and I'm sure if you were to calculate the price per use (2pills vs 1-2 scoops), the price difference would lengthen further. Regardless of the price, I liked the GO Pill over C4. I do not get the tingles since the Go Pill uses half the caffeine that C4 uses. I still get the energy that I am looking for prior to my workout, and I have what I need to burn extra calories when I am at the gym.

I will not be buying these again. So I bought these to help with the extra focus on my long run days and all they do it make me want to go to the bathroom. They really upset my stomach & I'm running fast because I literally have to go. Not a comfortable feeling and it can last for hours. I'm pretty sure that's not what these are intended for but instead of being focused it helping to keep me regular. I still have a pretty full bottle & I have tried even taking them on an empty stomach but they still find a way to upset my stomach. Something in it just isn't working with my body chemistry. Use at your own risk, I won't be buying this ever again.

I've been using the GoPill for a few months before I go to the gym. I'm not a fitness freak, I like to keep in shape but I hate going to the gym and I don't particularly like the working out part either. I've gotta say with the GoPill I have way more energy and motivation during class. And I definitely push myself harder and can use the heavier weights so am getting more out of the time I'm reluctantly investing at the gym. I've also given it to afew friends who are into fitness and they've all commented on a noticeable improvement in their energy levels. So if you're looking for an extra little kick without any adverse side effects I'd definitely give it a try.

It's a part of my life.This doesn't look like much and the packaging isn't too exciting—but I promise you this natural supplement helped me get off coffee, espresso shots, and red bull—while maintaining the focus and energy I need.I get into a state of focus faster. I don't really have any of the anxiety, jitters, etc that comes with caffeine.

This product is outstanding, endurance and energy during the workout greatly improved, full recovery after the workout in no time, clarity and focus remains for the rest of the day. On my third bottle, highly recommend!
