100% Ethiopian Arabica, with high notes of blackcurrant, stone fruit and acidic red cherry, light on the tongue with an aromatic fruity finish. Grind your beans to suit. A course grind is perfect for a cafetiere. A medium grind for a drip filter, and a fine grind for an Espresso. As always brew straight after grinding for maximum flavour.
