It is vegan, containing vitamin D-3, the better form of vitamin D, from lichen. Methylated folate and folinic acid, forms of vitamin B-9, which do not have to be converted by your body, like folic acid does. N-acetyl cysteine, an amino acid that has protective benefits. It is one of the components of L-glutathione, a strong antioxidant known as the master antioxidant, which is also included. It's the most effective way to raise glutathione levels. The L-glutathione included is in the reduced form, which while still having low bioavailability, is better than L-glutathione in the non-reduced form. It has the antioxidants alpha lipoic acid and CoQ10, which also have other benefits. It has D-chiro inositol, a B vitamin family member, which may be better than inositol. And, sometimes specifically used for women's health. And resveratrol, a polyphenol famously in red grapes. There are 30, one per day, capsules. It's vegan, gluten free and non GMO. With the only other ingredients being the vegan capsule, calcium laurate, and silica, which keeps the capsule contents free flowing. And, importantly, I can trust the quality of this supplement
