feels soothing under the eyes, like that it covers the head & eyes at the same time with a secure strap behind the head. great value getting 2 for the price of 1.

not that useful
not comfortable to wear felt really weird around my eyes, and it freezes solid if you forget about it for more then 30 min. i use it more like a icepack now
