Great customer service and an even better product. Would be 5/5 if not for the initial missing piece, but definitely a 5 star product. Want to love this, but it arrived without the necessary wooden crossbars to connect the two larger wooden pieces. Without these the entire bench doesn’t work and is quite frankly very unsafe. The shipping boxes were pristine so the necessary parts were never added to the box.
