It's the little things in life right? This small portable lightweight wonder has been a great wellness tool for my Uncle recovering from surgery. It’s designed to help strengthen and test lung capacity and it does it well, no doctor visit needed. As my uncle kept at it several times a day it did help improve his overall breathing capacity, and it also helped us know when to call the doc if his ability to move the ball dropped. A nice simple yet very useful design.This is perfect for anyone recovering from respiratory issues, surgery or anything that has affected their lung function.The small ball gives immediate visual feedback on your inhale strength, while the scale makes it easy to monitor improvement or declines. We all found it simple for someone sick and elderly to use, easy to clean too.

After battling a respiratory cold/crud issue for a few weeks and my fitbit indicating my oxygen level was nearing just 90%, my nurse daughter said I should get this and do it religiously. I did and it worked. I knew hospitals made you do this breathing exerciser after surgery and such so I assumed it was legitimate. Within a week of doing the breather, my oxgen levels came up and while I still had the random coughing spell it went completely away in a couple of weeks.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This a this is a life-saver for a 93 year old with a pleural effusion and other medical complications. My husband has been using this for 7 months consistently daily at least one to twice. The lung exerciser is easy to hold and easy to operate for him.

My BF broke 2 ribs and punctured a lung at the end of April. The doc suggested we buy this to help with his recovery. It definitely helped the first couple weeks! He was able to regain strength in the lung department using this.

This works great. Expands breathing both in inhale and exhale. Great for anyone with lung problems!

This device is pretty good and nicely designed to strengthen your lungs by breathing. Its light weight and compact and easy to use. The scale indicator really helps to check the effectiveness of the breath. Its easy to clean and sterilize. Overall a great device for its design and decent cost and totally recommend.
