Working on strengthening our hands, will use this to measure how well we’re doing.

If you just want to check progress this is very easy to use, but if you want to try and make use of the extra features, good luck. The controls are very unintuitive.It seems accurate or at least within the general ball park. It was fairly consistent each time.I wouldn't call the plastics it's made out of "high quality" it at least feels durable enough to withstand the grip strength tests but the buttons and other cover plastics all feel very cheap.

I can't use this anymore since i broke my hand, but it's useful for exercise and physical therapy to keep your hand strength up. It's not a high end piece but it's something to do when you're bored if it's sitting around.

Purchased to help keep tract of my grip strength , everything it advertised has been shown to work. Simple user experience nice product overall.

I am an Occupational therapist and I ordered this for use with some of my clients. I used it against our standard measuring dynamometer to compare accuracy and it is pretty dead on. While I can’t officially use this when performing evaluations and re-assessments, I certainly use it during routine visits for strengthening or just to do a quick check of progress.It’s easy to use and I am able to store information per patient.The issue I have is that it’s a little on the smaller size. For some of my men patients who have large hands they are unable to use.I am also concerned about the durability as it does not seem it will hold up well over a period of time. It’s lightweight to me.Overall, it’s a nice tool to use in combination with other treatment interventions.
