this is a really nice belt, but I ordered it 4" bigger than my pants waist size based on a comment I read before I ordered which was a mistake, I should have ordered it only 2" bigger than pants waist size. That was my mistake based on someone else's comment, It's a really nice and well constructed belt.

I was looking for a better western quality belt with a simple design; nothing too fancy or decorative. Some belts I've purchased recently started to lose their shape and show signs of wear much sooner than expected. On those belts, the leather was not top quality and a bit thin. This belt, on the other hand, is constructed of thick leather with beautifully finished stitching and edges. I've only had it a few days, but based on the build quality, I expect it to last a long time. Whoever manufactured the belt probably also makes western saddles, from the look of it.One other note: the buckle is a simple design, held on by screws. It goes with the rest of the design. But many cowboy types are going to replace that buckle with another of their choosing anyway and the screws make it simple to swap.I am very satisfied with my purchase. The quality exceeded my expectations.

Hands down best belt be bought sense I had one made for me.... craftsman ship is excellent.... well built belt I’m sold... Might order 2 sizes bigger.... that’s just my opinion, I wear a 34 waist an I ended up with a 38 belt... but maybe that’s what I’m suppose to order.... can say... thanks again for a good product...

Starting with the basics!- Incredible stitching!- Absolutely beautiful belt!- strong durable leather!-Fantastic for ccw!! Without spending 80 on a designer named belt.- Strong buckle!Sizing!!! - personally in reading add 2 inches on to pant size my experience has always been add 4 I'm a 34 waist and the 36 was still too small just enough that I couldn't get past the 3rd hole. Not a problem it fit however if I gained a few pounds or wanted to carry inside the waist band I'm screwed. For those like me I recommend 4 inches above your pant size. Room to grow room to carry. Nice heavy leather belt. I have two of these because I like them so much. My only complaint, and you might consider it a positive, the buckle is attached with screw posts instead of snaps. That is a very secure way to do it but if you like to switch out buckles to show off your trophy buckles you have to screw out the posts.I do my own leather work so I added snaps.
